Kate Williams - Executive Vice President & CFO
Kate serves as Executive Vice President and CFO of Williams Media Group. She has held this position since March 2001 when she joined WMG full-time. Her background includes a variety of accounting and financial positions, and she spent 11 years with the FDIC prior to WMG, the last 4 of those years as a Senior Compliance Examiner.

Clayton Chambers - Creative Director
As our Creative Director, Clayton has 13+ years of creative experience working on a wide spectrum of national accounts in advertising. From digital illustration for Marvel Entertainment Group Inc.to graphic design and web media development for Pfizer Inc.
Pharmaceuticals, Clayton has always kept the marketing value in the forefront. Developing ad campaigns for the trucking industry may have different content but the values remain the same! Striving in targeting the message, brand, and goals of our clients is what makes creative imagery more than just a pretty picture. It forms a cohesive tool for communication and market share in the advertising environment.

Kelly Miller - Vice President of Sales
Kelly currently serves as VP of Sales for WMG's Internet recruiting website, CDLjobs.com. Kelly assumed this position in April 2001 after serving as an Account Executive for six months with WMG. She has been in the driver-recruitment advertising industry for close to 10 years. Kelly's experience includes working with the nation's largest carriers to assist them in meeting their hiring needs with her previous employer, Pollard Publishing. There, she served as a Vice President of Operations for Trucking 2000, ITJ and Women In Trucking.

Mike Thayer - Vice President of Operations
Mike started with WMG's Internet recruiting website, CDLjobs.com as an Account Executive in June 2000. He was promoted to VP / General Manager in April 2001, and has served in that capacity since. He has been instrumental in the start-up and subsequent success of the site and has been published in numerous trucking-related publications for his knowledge and expertise in the Internet-recruiting field. Prior to his employment with WMG, he served in several different positions at Heartland Express, the last year as Director of Internet Advertising.
